How do I book a class?

All classes operate on a booking only basis to ensure your place, as we run a more personal service with small class numbers. Click here to create an account and book. You get your own FREE bookings account.

You can book in advance for anything up to 4 weeks, but we prefer as much notice as possible to re-sell the place. If you cancel less than 2 hours in advance, the system will not permit the cancellation, and a class fee will apply or a session used from your pass. We make allowances in exceptional circumstances. Course payments are non-refundable once the course has started. EG Pilates.

We also ask for at least a 14 hour cancellation notice for morning classes (before 11am).

What paperwork do I complete for classes?

We will need your NEW CLIENT FORM before you train. This is downloadable or available at the classes.

When and how do I pay?

You pay at the class, or use your pre-paid pass. Pre-paid passes can be paid for by cash, card or online bank transfer and they will be given to you at Studio CBF or the Parks once the payment has been received. We accept all major credit/debit cards or cash. We cannot accept payment by cheque.

Single pay as you train classes are not payable by card, but by cash only.

Are there any other fees?

We operate on a no contract, no joining fee arrangement, on a pre-booking basis only. A class 'drop in' service is unavailable because we limit numbers for small groups. NB: Passes expire after 6 months.

How do I check my bookings?

Keep your confirmation email and also use the PASSWORD you set-up to check your bookings. You can click on the cancel or amend link and follow the instructions.
