Cat Booker

Head Trainer & Owner

A trainer with 21 years experience in fitness, including health club management, instructor mentoring, program writing for International fitness brand workouts, to delivering training for clients and new instructors in the industry. Currently a master trainer and ambassador for U.K. fitness companies including the National Team Spinning(R) Master Trainer, Physical Company product program writer, Precor Functional Trainer Master Coach and Drummond Educations Pilates Diploma Trainer.

Running studios CBF in Wendover utilises Cat Booker's skills as a professional marketer and previously studio management in London.

"My passion is to be creative in techniques and workouts that get clients results no matter how small or great. I use training for my own personal goals and include my sport which is mainly cycling. I am in my element being outdoors on the water, or mountains in Winter and the bikes when it is a little finer. Give me woodlands to walk in over the City any day."


Katrina Rance

A local trainer for 15 years and qualified to teach Spinning(R) at a Level 3, the highest certificate level in the program. Outside of taking regular classes at CBF, Katrina teaches various disciplines including fitness pilates and loves sharing her knowledge with all populations and age groups using her health club and home visit teaching experience. Training clients at all levels, Katrina focusses on older adults and includes seated chair pilates work.

"I started teaching Spin in 2015 and I have enjoyed every minute of the journey so far.' 'I love challenging myself and have completed a Tandem Parachute Jump, Bushcraft weekends and two Tough Mudder outdoor challenge events. In 2018 I am entering the Rat Race and cycling London to Paris for charity."
