Lead by Master Trainer and UK Fitness Presenter Cat Booker, the team have upto 21 years experience in coaching all levels of fitness in many specialisms. As a trainer team with an eclectic mix of skills and their own unique teaching style, all of team CBF strive to be more technical as coaches to deliver a unique small group training experience.

Cat Booker

Head Trainer & Owner

A trainer with 21 years experience in fitness, including health club management, instructor mentoring, program writing for International fitness brand workouts, to delivering training for clients and new instructors in the industry. Currently a master trainer and ambassador for U.K. fitness companies including the National Team Spinning(R) Master Trainer, Physical Company product program writer, Precor Functional Trainer Master Coach and Drummond Educations Pilates Diploma Trainer.

Running studios CBF in Wendover utilises Cat Booker's skills as a professional marketer and previously studio management in London.

"My passion is to be creative in techniques and workouts that get clients results no matter how small or great. I use training for my own personal goals and include my sport which is mainly cycling. I am in my element being outdoors on the water, or mountains in Winter and the bikes when it is a little finer. Give me woodlands to walk in over the City any day."


Katrina Rance

A local trainer for 15 years and qualified to teach Spinning(R) at a Level 3, the highest certificate level in the program. Outside of taking regular classes at CBF, Katrina teaches various disciplines including fitness pilates and loves sharing her knowledge with all populations and age groups using her health club and home visit teaching experience. Training clients at all levels, Katrina focusses on older adults and includes seated chair pilates work.

"I started teaching Spin in 2015 and I have enjoyed every minute of the journey so far.' 'I love challenging myself and have completed a Tandem Parachute Jump, Bushcraft weekends and two Tough Mudder outdoor challenge events. In 2018 I am entering the Rat Race and cycling London to Paris for charity."


Ian Walker

Embrace the challenge, overcome it, and repeat !

With a passion for cycling for many years, Ian now focuses on sharing that passion on the bike indoors. With qualifications in Kettlebell training, Level 2 Fitness Instructing, numerous indoor cycling courses and now Spinning® rockstar certified, Ian can ensure that your indoor cycling experience is fun, safe and challenging. From beginners to advanced, Ian can offer you a motivating and enjoyable indoor cycling experience. Get fitter, stronger and faster - lets keep it real!


Angie Deacon

Have taught Spinning® since 2002 Angie likes to teach with enthusiasm in order for customers to get the best from their classes and they certainly do at Studio CBF. Angie has a reputation for using great music selection of all types and up skilled her coaching in January 2018 to become a level 2 advanced coach. The other passions in Angie’s World includes tennis, time outdoors with friends, family, and dogs. Among Angie’s favourite tracks to ride to includes Palladio-Silent Nick, Skyscraper-Underworld. The Chain-Fleetwood Mac. Fire-Scooter.

Fascinating fact- Have driven 25 laps round Brands Hatch on 500cc motorbike!

Qualifications include: Spinning® Level 2. Premier Training Fitness Instruction and Personal Training. Swimfit. Gravity Total Gym Trainer.


Jo Lynch

Jo holds a level 3 diploma In Personal Training and Sport Massage Therapy. She has worked locally as a Personal Trainer and Studio Instructor for 14 years. She teaches a range of classes & after teaching generic indoor cycling for many years she was inspired, in 2017 to become a Spinning(R) certified instructor. Jo is passionate about helping those who are new to Spinning(R) to become confident in the saddle & motivating them to get the very best out of each class.
